Following a meeting between Abdullah Gül University International Office Director Emeric Abrignani and Ms. Solenn Daudu, ECAM-EPMI International Relations and European Projects Manager, at the EURIE 2019 Conference in Istanbul, the two institutions have decided to sign an Erasmus Student and Staff exchange agreement.
ECAM-EPMI is a French Engineering School in Cergy-Pontoise (a young city hosting around 30.000 students from 14 establishments) in a campus covering around 6000 m², located about 40 minutes from Paris. The School also benefits from 30.000m² worth of premises shared with other schools.
The institution was established in 1992 by four major industrial groups: EDF, SCHNEIDER, PHILIPS and PSA (manufacturer of Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel and Vauxhall brands).
The School objective is to train general engineers at the Graduate level. ECAM-EPMI is a EESPIG-certified institution. “The EESPIG certification, helps to identify private, non-profit institutions that work in partnership with the French government and contribute to public service projects of higher education and research”. ECAM-EPMI diplomas are recognised by the French State and Engineering Diploma Commission.
